View Redemption Details

The Redemption Details screen displays additional information about a Redemption. To view the details of a Redemption:

1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Rewards > Redemptions from the side navigation menu. The Redemptions screen is displayed.

2. Search for the desired Redemption (see Search for a Redemption for more information on the available search options) and click its Reward name. The Redemption Details screen is displayed.

The header area of the Redemption Details screen displays all of the information about the Redemption, such as the Member who redeemed the Reward, the Redemption status and creation date, and the number of Metrics that were required to redeem it.

For Rewards of type Physical Product, the screen also displays useful shipping information, including the Member's shipping address. See Edit Member's Shipping Address for details on how to enter or edit this information.

The platform also lets you attach notes to the Redemption. See Add a Note to a Redemption for more information.
